The working principle of the multi-functional crushing trolley: The multi-functional crushing trolley uses a hydraulic hammer—a crushing tool—to convert hydraulic energy, transmitted through an oil circuit, into mechanical energy by causing the piston rod to move rapidly up and down. This mechanical energy is then used to strike the drill rod, which floats freely within the hydraulic hammer’s body. The tip of the drill rod is directed toward the material to be crushed—the ore. Under the impact force exerted by the hammer head and the drill rod, the ore is shattered, thus completing the crushing task. To quickly identify the point of force application and the direction of impact on the material being crushed, the trolley employs a planar variable-amplitude mechanism composed of a boom, a second arm, a crank, and a connecting rod that drives the hammer, along with a rotary mechanism. Together, these components provide five degrees of freedom, enabling the trolley to rapidly locate the object being struck, the precise impact point, and the direction of the hammer blow in three-dimensional space. This planar mechanism significantly enhances the efficiency of the crushing operation.
