Jiangxi Sitong Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Beijing Jiaotong University and Beijing Yilian Chuangan Technology Development Co., Ltd., has developed and prototyped an unmanned remote-control technology for mine slag-removal machines. This technology was tested in the mined-out areas of the tunnels at the Yongping Copper Mine of Jiangxi Copper Group and achieved ideal operational results, completely replacing the previously imported unmanned loaders.

This product is a remote wireless control solution designed for various models of slag-handling machines, based on wireless communication technologies such as Wi-Fi and safety control strategies for mine wireless remote-control systems. In line-of-sight remote-control mode, the operator carries a remote-control unit and can remotely operate the mining equipment from within a range of 200 meters, enabling the execution of all its functional operations.
Main features:
1. Certified with the Coal Safety Mark (MA) and the Metal Mine Safety Mark (KA), it can be applied in various industrial and mining environments.
2. The wireless remote control device employs a frequency-division multiplexing scheme, ensuring stable wireless signals and strong resistance to external interference. Based on the current WLAN wireless communication network, it can achieve both point-to-point line-of-sight remote control and long-distance remote control without any communication-range limitations.
3. The wireless remote control is simple to operate, responsive and reliable, meeting the mining requirements in hazardous areas and ensuring personal safety.
4. The remote control features both proportional control and on/off control, ensuring that operation fully matches the manual operation mode. Moreover, it allows seamless switching between manual and remote control modes, making it suitable for both unmanned operations in hazardous areas and normal, routine use under standard working conditions.
