This product series is a highly efficient, composite dust removal equipment developed in collaboration between our company and Central South University. It boasts an internationally leading level and has already been the subject of over ten patent applications, including five invention patents. The product (including the invention patents) primarily consists of components such as a dust-capturing device (with an automated dust-capturing robotic arm serving as an invention patent), a rod-type Venturi dust remover (invention patent), a main dust removal cylinder, a wet direct-blade Venturi fan (invention patent), and an intelligent control system (invention patent). Drawing on years of research conducted by Professor Bu Yongying’s team at Central South University into dust removal mechanisms and technologies, this product integrates turbulent flow technology and pioneers a novel wet composite dust removal approach featuring a “rod-type Venturi + cyclone + wet direct-blade Venturi fan.” It leverages the unique characteristics of the wet direct-blade Venturi to effectively capture and remove dust particles.
The induced draft fan creates and enhances the Venturi effect for combined dust removal, achieving exceptionally high dust removal efficiency even for various non-hydrophobic dusty gases. This system is particularly well-suited for handling challenging dust environments characterized by high humidity, high viscosity, high initial dust concentrations, and fine dust particles—such as those found in industries like mining, metallurgy, and cement production, as well as in harsh conditions encountered in rotary lime kilns and hydrated lime facilities. It effectively addresses environmental dust control issues in sectors including mining (mining operations, ore dressing, etc.), industrial cement production, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, and others.
The originality and advanced nature of this product:
1. Pioneering the use of rods of different diameters to create a rod-type Venturi dust removal system.
2. It is the first to adopt a composite dust removal mechanism featuring a “tube Venturi + cyclone + wet straight-blade Venturi fan,” which is better able to handle dust particles of varying sizes and achieves higher dust removal efficiency.
3. High dust removal efficiency: The unique wet-type fan ensures thorough mixing of dust particles with atomized water, achieving an excellent dust removal effect (dust removal efficiency for particles ≥1 μm can exceed 98%). Moreover, this process does not generate secondary pollution and fully complies with the national comprehensive emission standards for air pollutants.
4. Simple structure, high reliability, low energy consumption, and long trouble-free operating life. Low operating costs, minimal maintenance workload, simple repairs, and reduced expenses.
5. The product features a reasonable and compact structure with a small footprint—approximately one-third that of baghouse dust collectors. Its structural system has a short process flow, and the treated gas is discharged from the upper cylinder without the need for a chimney.
6. It has an extremely wide range of applications—suitable for both stationary ground locations and underground mining and tunneling operations in mines, and can also be used as a complementary component for large mobile equipment.
