Good news! Recently, the national key R&D program “Research on the Causes and Control Technologies of Air Pollution,” which took five years to develop and complete, has successfully passed its acceptance review. This is the first—and so far the only—national key R&D program in our city that was independently undertaken by an enterprise.
It is reported that the project is led and undertaken by the An Yuan District Productivity Promotion Center of Pingxiang City, in collaboration with Nankai University, Tsinghua University, and the Beijing Quan Hua Environmental Protection Technology Standards Research Center, among others. 23 A joint research team comprising several institutions has been established to carry out collaborative research and development, including Jiangxi Sitong Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. from our city.
