Features of integrated wastewater treatment equipment: 1. In fact, integrated wastewater treatment equipment is a type of device that is simple to operate, easy to manage, has a long service life, and low operating costs. It boasts advantages such as low noise, minimal sludge production, low maintenance costs, and low thermal consumption.
When selecting equipment, please refer to the following points:
1. Depending on the dust concentration at the equipment inlet, two types are available: one with a lower cylindrical section and the other without.
2. Currently required equipment parameters: air handling capacity, static pressure outside the unit, atmospheric pressure, and flue gas temperature.
3. The unit parameters in the table are performance parameters under standard flue gas conditions (1013 kPa/20℃). When selecting equipment, operating conditions should be converted to standard conditions.
4. The allowable intake air temperature for the unit is ≤120℃; if the temperature exceeds this limit, cooling must be performed first.
5. If the unit is to be used on a plateau, please contact us.
6. If the dust in the flue gas has high viscosity or tends to agglomerate upon contact with water, please contact us.
7. Water quality requirements: The concentration of suspended solids in the water shall be ≤150 g/h. If this requirement cannot be met, a water filtration device must be installed.
8. The water supply pressure requirement is ≥0.2 MPa.
