Features of integrated sewage treatment equipment: 1. 1. According to the different dust concentration at the inlet of the equipment, there are two forms to choose from: with lower cylinder and without lower cylinder.
2. Current required parameters of equipment; Processing air volume, external residual pressure, atmospheric pressure and flue gas temperature.
3. The unit parameters in the table are the performance parameters when the flue gas is in the standard state (1013 kPa/20 ℃). The operating conditions shall be converted to standard state during model selection.
4. The allowable inlet air temperature of the unit is ≤ 120 ℃. If it exceeds this limit, it shall be cooled first.
5. When the unit is applied to plateau, please contact us.
6. Please contact us when the dust in the flue gas has high viscosity or is easy to coagulate when contacting with water.
7. Water quality requirements: suspended solids concentration in water ≤ 150g/h; If not, water filtration device shall be set.
8. The water supply pressure is required to be ≥ 0.2Mpa.
