Every time a new tire is purchased by the slag extractor manufacturer, it will be classified and stored according to strict acceptance standards. The size, model and type of tyres should also be registered in the warehouse. After purchasing the tire slag extractor, the tire file shall be established to record the tire specification, manufacturer, date of use, driving mileage, tread wear, number of refurbishments and other main contents. After acceptance, the spare tire purchased shall be placed by category, specification, pattern type, brand, carcass material type, structure type, etc., and the warehousing time shall be recorded and used in the order of warehousing time. The stored tyres should be placed on the special jig frame and rotated regularly. They should not be hung through the center and stacked to prevent deformation. The inner tube should not be folded or stacked flat, but should be inflated and hung on a semicircular wooden stick. If you want to send the old tire for refurbishment, you should keep it properly before the refurbishment construction, and do not expose it. The sun and rain will deteriorate the tyres. Do not stack them.
After each shift, the driver should carefully check the condition of the tires before putting them into operation, knock them with a small hammer, listen to the sound, identify whether the tire pressure is normal, check whether the valve leaks, and check whether the tire nuts are loose. If you select a solid tire, you need to poke the hard objects or stones stuck in the tire grooves. Fill in the results of the inspection on the form. If any problem is found, report it immediately and do not use it "with disease". Frequently check the tire temperature during driving. In the case of overspeed, overloading, abnormal inflation, sudden braking, many ramps and bends, the tread temperature will rise easily, which will make the rubber soft. At this time, the tire is prone to delamination, or the tire shoulder "full" and other accidents. When the specified temperature is exceeded, stop the engine to dissipate heat.
Keep the tires at normal inflation pressure. If the inflation pressure is higher or lower than the rated value, it will be detrimental to the service life of the tires. Too low pressure, large deformation and heat generation of the tire are easy to cause cracks at the tire side, thus accelerating the tire cord fatigue fracture or delamination, leading to early damage of the tire; If the tire pressure is too high, it will increase the contact pressure in the tread, cause excessive wear or slipping of the tire crown, increase the bumpiness of the vehicle, and reduce the cushioning performance, thus increasing the wear rate of the parts at the bottom of the vehicle. Check the pressure of "cold tire" once a week. When the pressure is 0.2 kg/cm different from the specified value, it must be adjusted. If the pressure drops by 0.7 kg/cm within a week, it must be carefully checked, and the tire should be removed and sent for repair if necessary.
