Since the slag raking machine is often used in mining, it is very important to check the machine before commencement in order to ensure the smooth operation of the slag raking machine in daily work. So today's staff will teach you how to carry out daily maintenance of the slag extractor.
1、 Check the circuit system of the whole machine: cable, socket and plug for damage. Check whether the circuit breaker, AC contactor and connecting circuit are in good condition without burning or loosening. Turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator of the slag extractor should be on. If there is an electric roller, check whether the electric roller can be reversed. Whether the main motor can hear the running sound.
2、 Check the hydraulic system of the whole machine: check the operating valve of the hydraulic system, all oil pipe joints of the hydraulic system, especially the big and small arms, and all oil cylinders. Whether there is leakage. Replace or repair in time if found. At the same time, fill the whole machine with butter. Check whether the hydraulic oil level of the slag extractor is at the normal level. Generally, the oil volume is about half or 4/5 of the total volume of the oil tank.
3、 Check the control system of the whole machine: check whether the hydraulic operating valve can move up and down from left to right, and whether it is flexible and can return normally without jamming in the middle. Replace immediately if found.
4、 Check the conveyor system of the whole machine: the conveyor belt of the slag raking machine has proper tension, and whether the rollers, rollers, chains, etc. can rotate flexibly without abnormality. The belt of slag extractor shall be free of wear and deviation.
5、 Check the appearance of the whole machine: we need to check the appearance of the slag extractor, whether the connecting bolts are loose, whether the welding parts are desoldered, and whether the appearance of tires, clutches, gearboxes, diesel engines, chassis, etc. is damaged or cracked. If found, replace it in time.
